Mecha poll to celebrate Perfect Grade 00
In honor of the announcement of our series' first Perfect Grade, let's talk about mecha!
Poll Favourite 00 Mecha
*customs like Taozi, Smultron, Overflag, Sakigake goes with the parent model (Tieren, Flag, etc.)
I have to say that prior to Gundam 00, I don't really care for mecha. The only mecha anime I like was Patlabor, and even then I enjoy the cop drama aspect more than the mecha aspect. I still can't put a finger on why I started to notice and like the 00 mechs, but Exia's sexy design and knife-fighting moves (I'm with Ali here: Melee is the best type of fight!) as well as kit modellers who build things like these are part of the reason.
Also, what's everyone's favourite fights? I have to review all Exia's fights to pick a favourite one from S1, but in S2 it's a toss between Cherudim x Gaddess and Exia R2 x 0-Gundam.
