I must say, right when I was beginning to start getting fond of this place, I find this city has an infestation!
Just this morning, while out for a stroll, I was (un?)fortunate enough to come across two fugitives making an exchange. At first, everything seemed ordinary enough. 'Just two early bird merchants' I thought to myself. But do merchants normally do business with such foreign looking goods? Some of the things I might have glimpsed were unfamiliar to even one as traveled as myself!
Furthermore, I know it isn't exactly a simple citizen's job to admonish the militial forces, as it were...But really. Smuggling? In this lovely city?
I should think that any SeeDs and SOLDIERs would be ashamed of their own poor performance.
