[ History ] :
I suppose the best place to start for history is to descirbe the world she lived in. Well it was an odd place, humans served humanoid beasts called ferals, there were four massive continents named after each of the four seasons, and the sea that separated them didn't have water...nope, it had sand. Now the ferals were ruled by twelve powerful beast lords, each a different species of animal. It should be noted that not all humans were treated as servants or slaves, some were treated as equals, while others were treated as food among other things. One thing to note is that some technology was high tech in Rhi'a's world, while some of it was low tech. This may be it was hard to come by, however.
Rhi'a is a feral, one of the nicer ones. She comes from a special race of ferals called the dragonkin. They're job is to experience everything, from the beginning to the end and to an extent, gather information. She also happens to be the last of her kind. In the world, there was a group of people called the World Annihilation Front who wanted to destroy the world, thinking it was beyond saving. The group was made up of a three males (one who happened to be a feral) and one female, at that point at least.
The four members (Kyrie, Agan, Taupy, and Morte) eventually became allies of Rhi'a as she needed to see the end of the world in order to complete her kin's mission, thus making her join them. After helping revive her friend Kyrie (Who had the power to reset the world by turning everything into sand) by contacting an ancestor who knew how to do it, and gaining a new member, the team set out with a new goal in mind, to fix the world by destroying the god of it, thus fixing everything, which they did.
Now as for Rhi'a's past, not much is known about it. However, we DO know that Rhi'a stayed with one of the friendly Beast Lords, Felis Rex, for a while. It may very well be that he took care of her for an unspecified amount of years before the game even started! Other than that, however...Rhi'a's past is a mystery.
[ Personality ] :
Rhi'a is normally a calm and somewhat bubbly person, what this means is she's usually unfazed by much, sometimes having her head in the clouds while something's going on, usually allowing her to keep her cool. However, she also possesses a very simple and blunt personality, meaning she'll state how or what she feels (Whether it's the right time or not, such as stating she's hungry in an important meeting or whatnot). Rhi'a also has a good sense of humor, that goes along with her bubbly demeanor and is known to give nicknames to people she likes. (She calls Kyrie; Destruct since he was made to destroy the world and she calls Felis Rex; "Meow" because...well, because he's a cat feral.)
Despite her unintentionally "goofy" persona (that she keeps with a straight face, not thinking it odd at all), Rhi'a is quite mysterious and is often prone to say cryptic things. This is usually thanks to her ability to understand a person very well just by meeting them. Oh, and being able to see into the near future helps too. Because of these skills, Rhi'a often gives people vague information about their futures (especially to people she just meet at times) causing them to have no idea what she's talking about.
Some final things to note are that despite Rhi'a's personality, she is able to get angry, such as when an innocent bystander is hurt for no reason by another. She also gets enraged when she turns into a dragon form, though she can control it. Finally, she is usually kind and polite, this is most likely thanks to Felis Rex's teaching, though it's impossible to tell.
[ Strengths/Weaknesses ] :
Strengths:
Learning: Being a dragonkin, Rhi'a is never afraid to learn and experience something new, so she can continue her clan's mission.
Feral: Being a feral has a few benefits. For one thing, she has increased strength, speed, and endurance. For another thing, she can turn into her animal form, which is a partial dragon. That form increases her speed, strength and endurance even further, as well as allowing her to cut things with her tail and fly short distances.
Fighting skills: Rhi'a is very good at long range thanks to her silver revolvers that are kept in the holsters behind her thighs. And she is good at close range in her dragon form.
Ability to understand someone by meeting them: I've nerfed this power so she only gets a bit of info on their personality. The rest she'll have to find out on her own.
Weaknesses:
Her personality: Sometimes her personality makes others feel uncomfortable or puts her at a disadvantage for certain things, such as not getting subtle hints at times etc.
Fighting flaws: While she may be good with those guns as her normal form, she isn't too good at close range. Likewise, while good at close range in dragon form, she isn't good at long range.

1) Rhi'a really likes cats.
2) She is also not good with technology, since she rarely to never used it.
[ Sample ] :
"Well this certainly is new." said Rhi'a aloud to no one in particular except for herself. It's not like you could blame her, either. It's not every day you wind up in an underwater city...soaking wet no less, though she barely acknowledges THAT useless piece of information. "Shame I didn't say good bye to anyone." she shrugs. "Oh well, I'm sure they'll be fine. Meow is used to me running off." Rhi'a smoothed out her dress and then started moving. This place was like nothing she had ever seen before.
Though there wasn't much water where she was from, she knew enough about physics to conclude that the barrier must be strong in order to resist all that pressure. Rhi'a placed her fist below her chin and her other arm around it, like she was thinking. "So I take it this isn't where I'm from...not even remotely near it." she then put both arms down to her side. "Other 'kin have mentioned outside worlds...dimensions, they called it. However...none of them have ever seen them. This must be one of them and I'm here!" exclaimed Rhi'a, while she jumped in the air out of happiness a few times, causing some drops to hit the ground. Afterwards, she decided to explore more of this interesting city.
