here is my post about loyalty...
Well, let me first give YOU, as the reader, some background on the situation.
For the past few days I've been (hearing) seeing a lot of feuds, and some people are already setting there loyalties to their friends (no question), family members (of course), and some to anywhere else (let's call them the OTHERS)
Now, I recently said to a friend that my loyalty lies in MYSELF. Yes, myself. Now don't get me wrong, I do know that no man is an island and all that blah blah blah... BUT, I am loyal to myself because, in the end, when no one can help you anymore or no one wants to do the things you need, YOU will always, and I mean, ALWAYS, rely on yourself. This is where my loyalty comes in. In my personal opinion, one has to learn how to fend for his or her own self. Now I do understand that this is rather a "too independent" perspective, but works for me.
Then again, others can gain my loyalty or lose it.
