K-Mart sucks ass. I nearly died looking at their Halloween section. Wal-Mart (at least the Algood Wal-Mart) is so much cleaner and organized. K-Mart also didn't have any white boards and Rob needs a large dry erase board. And they had a shitty movie selection. I wanted to give them a try. Branch away from the Wal-mart dynasty. But nope. I am not going again. I have no reason to. I did kind of giggle at them wearing the same vests that Wal-Mart's getting rid of.
So earlier today (around 11 or 12) I called the health department about the letter they sent me wanting me to come update my lab work. They had me come in at 4 today. I left the apt at 3.30 knowing that if I got there right at 4 it'd be forever before they could see me. I ended up getting in right away. Got home by 4:15 or so. I so desprately want everyone to guess how much I weighed. But I'll just tell you. You know how they weigh and take your temparature and blood pressure and all that stuff right at the beginning? well they did that for me. And the scale was a digital one so I was able to see clearly what my weight was. I was very surprised because I didn't think I was that fat. But apparently I am. The scale registered at 278. Yep. I can't remember blood pressure stuff or any of that.
My urine test came out completely normal (thanks to me drinking mass amounts of water before going to ensure that I could pee so I didn't get a "Sweetie, you're dehydrated" response when the problem was that I had just peed not that long ago.) Filled the whole damn cup up I did. I won't know my blood test results until i can go back. They wanted me this Thursday but I have to work 7:30 - 4:30. And for some reason the next thursday wouldn't work. And they said I had to come on a Thursday. *rolls eyes* Well I don't have my schedule that far in advance. So they just decided for me to call back later when I find out. great.
I also hate how they look at you like you're stupid. Yes, I know that there's probably no known corralation to my gall bladder attacks and my period, but it's true that almost every time I have an attack it's around my period and when I have an attack it's a heavy period and when I don't have an attack it's a light/practically non-existant period. It just seemed very coincidental, but yeah OK I know I'm stupid for thinking that.
And also the fact that I told her that I had used an inhailer in the past and that I had just used an inhailer (over the counter) the night before, she still felt the need to explain in explicit detail how to use one.
Anyway... When I came home Rob and I went to a chinese buffet and he got sushi and I got all sorts of wonderful chinese food and then we went to k-mart because their halloween stuff was greatly discounted already so we thought we'd get our halloween trick-or-treater candy there.
