Wanna meet the members of SNSD?
First up is Taeyeon, the leader of SNSD.
Real name: Kim Taeyeon
Nicknames: Taengoo, Kid Leader
Born: March 9, 1989 (making her 21 years old)
She's one of SNSD's main vocals. She can play guitar, was a radio DJ, an actress, a model, and a TV show host. She's sung many solo tracks for numerous dramas. She's also participated in theater productions.
On variety shows, she's said to have a really vibrant personality, but, personally, I don't like her. I've tried, but her personality irks me and seems fake. Sorry, Liz, but I can only give you the basics. lol Although, I will fully admit that her voice is very beautiful.
Fun fact: She voiced Margo in the Korean dub of Despicable Me.

Jessica was born in California, so she speaks fluent English. She is one of two fluent English speaking members of SNSD. She also has a younger sister named Krystal (also under SM Entertainment) in the girl group f(x). Like Taeyeon, Jessica has solo songs, as well. Mostly with other members of SNSD or other artists. She was in the musical adaptation of Legally Blonde as Elle Woods.
She also made an appearance in Super Junior M's SuperGirl music video.
Fun fact: Her scream is said to sound like a dolphin because her pitch becomes almost ultrasonic.

Real name: Lee Sunkyu
Born: May 15, 1989 (making her 21)
Known as the Energizer Bunny of the group, Sunny is a master at being cute. Although, the other SNSD members don't appreciate her cute acts. They call it: 'cuteness that calls for a punch'. She's the niece of the (former, I believe) CEO of SM Entertainment, Lee Soo Man. She's been a radio DJ, a music show host, and has also had some solo songs of her own. Despite her cute demeanor, Sunny is a vocal powerhouse - when she's not trying to act cutesy, that is.
Fun Fact: She made an appearance in Super Junior Happy's Cooking? Cooking! music video.

Real name: Stephanie Hwang
Korean name: Hwang Miyoung
Nicknames: Fany, Tiffany
Born: August 1, 1989 (making her 21)
Tiffany is the second American-born member of SNSD, alongside Jessica. Tiffany has been a TV show host, a model, and has released solo songs. She's known for her "perfect eyesmile". She's always trying to cheer up the other members. She's known for being particularly close to Jessica and Taeyeon. She's also one of the main vocals.

Real name: Kim Hyoyeon
Nickname: Hyoyeonce
Born: September 22, 1989 (making her 21)
Hyoyeon doesn't have any solo songs because she's the main dancer. She's known for her excellent dancing skills and was trained specifically in dance before debut. Although, just because she doesn't sing much, doesn't mean she has a bad voice. She was one of BoA's silhouette dancers before SNSD's debut. She specializes in popping, locking, and other hip-hop style dance moves.
Aside from being really fierce onstage, she's also known for being a prankster and a bit of a little kid, which, in my opinion, makes her absolutely hilarious on variety shows.

Real name: Kwon Yuri
Born: December 5, 1989 (making her 21)
Yuri has been an actress, a TV show host, and a model. She's also another main dancer for SNSD. She penned her first lyrics on an official SNSD album with the song "Mistake" on their most recent mini-album 'Hoot'. In Super Junior's movie "Attack on the Pin Up Boys" she had a minor role as the ballerina who dances with Heechul. She's also starred in MV's for other artists. For example, she was in DBSK's "Beautiful Life" music video.
She's known to act really manly, so a lot of her fans call her the "perfect boyfriend".

Sooyoung has been an actress, a TV show host, a radio DJ, and a model. But what she's most known for, especially among SNSD, is her appetite. Known as Shikshin (I'm not sure entirely what it means, but it has something to do with someone who eats a lot lol), she has an insatiable appetite. She was in the movie Hello Schoolgirl alongside Kangin.
Fun Fact: Before debuting with SNSD, she was part of a Japanese duo called Route 0, so knows Japanese.

Born: May 30, 1990 (making her 20)
She's known as the "face" of SNSD. She usually stands at the center during group performances. She's most known for being an actress and a model. She has starred in 2 dramas: You Are My Destiny & Cinderella Man, leading her to be recognized for her acting skills. She's the member that gets the most solo commercials and modeling deals. She's also starred in many MVs: DBSK's "Magic Castle", Super Junior's "U", Super Junior's "Marry U", CSJH the Grace's "My Everything", among others. She's also another main dancer.
She's one of the more popular members. Funnily enough, she looks really girly and graceful, but, according to the other members, she acts most like a boy and is really close with Yuri.

Real name: Seo Joohyun
Born: June 28, 1991 (making her 19)
Seohyun is the maknae (or youngest) of the group. She is known for being a model, ambassador, voice actress, model, among other things. She's a generally mild-spoken individual, so she often seems to fade in the background. But that's completely not the case. She's very disciplined and education oriented. She's always trying to better herself and loves to eat healthy foods. Her favorites are sweet potatoes.
She's on the popular variety show We Got Married in which celebrities get together in a fake marriage. Seohyun is paired up with Yonghwa of CN Blue. (They're very cute together, so I would totally recommend looking them up). She loves Kerero (the anime) and wishes to be a voice actress someday. She's got a very powerful voice, but because she debuted so young, she often didn't get to showcase it. Now, she gets more singing parts, which is good 'cause she's my favorite SNSD member. lol She also is a pretty good dancer and often appears on variety shows to dance with Hyoyeon, Yuri and the other girls.
