Missouri, Cookies, Kittens
Three weeks in St. Louis/Kansas City were an adventure. Despite ups and downs, we were successful in helping to get the Missouri minimum wage raised and in passing an amendment allowing stem cell research. Then Susan came down to visit! Hurray.

I decided to make a bunch of ACORN cookies to My cousin Jamie came over to help decorate.
take to my new office to suck up to the lawyers who
work down the hall, so that they'll give ACORN free
copies, or, you know, take me out to dinner.
I have two new kitties! My aunt/cousin gave them to us. The finished product: acorns, bunnies, turkeys.
