Is anyone looking for a place to live Spring semester? I need someone to sublet my 1 bdrm January through July. It is furnished except for a bed, close to downtown (Fairchild & Dubuque), your own kitchen, bathroom, entrance, spacious bedroom, and shared living room. Nice wood floors, driveway parking, $430 a month. Please let me know ASAP.
