Alex's Adventures in Cooking, Part 2
Aside from one minor mishap when I attempted to turn off the timer and shut off the oven by mistake, I managed to retrieve the brownies from the oven without burning myself and stuck the little cake tester thing in.
Naturally, with three diferent types of chocolate chips in it, the tester came out covered in chocolate every time, and I had no way of determining whether or not they were done.
"They're done," said I, as I'd already shut off the oven. Then they were placed on the rack to cool.
According to Mother Dearest, they're fine, if a little mushy on the bottom. Go me! *basks in success*
