Happy birthday, Kali :-D

Today is Kallisti's first anniversary of her birth.  It's hard to believe that my little girl is already a year old.  It's also hard to believe that she's been a part of my life for only a year (or ~20 months, depending how you look at it).

She has brought an amazing amount of joy into my life and I look forward to watching her grow and helping her

EJ is 6.5 months. He's already pulling himself up to stand! :S

LOL He is already. He's obsessed with electronics. He doesn't want his bright crinkly baby toys. He wants remotes, power strips, electrical cords, my laptop mouse, my LAPTOP, my cell phone, etc.

Kali likes wrapping cords around her neck, unfortunately. But, she loves keyboards (I have an old one I let her play with sometimes) and daddy's phone is the favourite toy of both kidlings :-P

Just wait until he can reach everything you thought was safe... we're hitting that point with the kids where we can't get everything out of their reach and have to keep them from grabbing things.

Oh no! That's scary. He just likes chewing on them. I have a busted laptop that I sometimes let him play with but he hits it so hard the keys pop off and I'm afraid of him choking on them, so we have it put away for now.

I'm thinking about getting a big fence/play pen thing to keep him confined in one area of the front room. He's stressing me out lol

Yeah, I've gotten very careful about stuff which she might tie around her neck. Not sure why it's so much fun for her.
