Wouldn't 0:00 PDT be 3:00 EST and 7:00 UTC?

We're trying to figure that out right now, since the World Clock is giving us two different answers (curse you, Daylight Saving Time!). If you'd like to calibrate yourself to the time zone we're using, I'm in the Pacific time zone and it's currently 3:25pm (15:25) in my city.

So, yes, it would be 3:00 EST in this particular situation. The World Clock is also giving me this. It would be at 2:00 CDT.

1. It's perfectly fine to forward the confirmation e-mail, as long as the offerer gets a valid confirmation.

2. It's all up to you, really. If you want, you can combine all the offers in one donation. In that case, just forward the confirmation to one of us as well and list for which offers you donated (we can usually keep track of people donating for more than one offer, but since it involves so many...). But like you said, you can do them one by one and just forward the confirmation e-mail if that's more convenient to you.

The winner of my auction is someone I know irl. If he shows me the receipt in person, is that good enough?

If it's good enough for you, it's good enough for us!

I won two auctions, a fanmix by fushiforever ($2) and a podfic from magickaldreamer ($5) and donated $10 to the National Wildlife Federation. I've sent both the confirmation email I received (with my personal information removed) - haven't received a response yet - do you want me to send you the confirmation email as well??

We're actually going to be contacting people today who we haven't heard from yet, so could you hang tight for another day? I know it's kind of frustrating, but we want to try to get as many of the confirmations as possible from the offerers (because that way we know they know it's time to begin work on the item). Last auction we ran into several "D: Yeah, so-and-so donated, I'm sorry, real life happened and I totally forgot to send this" people and one "0.o I didn't get anything, could she send it again?" that turned out to be cyberspace getting hungry, so unfortunately, as is the nature of life in general, we probably had a few of those this auction, too.
