so i work in a place that employs the disabled also. its one of their goals... well i heard this one woman talking yesterday, about her bad day, finally being back to work etc. she was downtown trying to get on a bus, but only had a dollar and was trying to get change for her dollar. none of the vendors downtown would give her change unless she'd buy something, and so she tried to go into a bank, and they said they couldnt give her change because didnt have an acct with the bank. FOR $1. i think she said she was beginning to show signs of being upset /frustrated, and they did give her change, but told her next time no. little things like that are just ....
