sick again

yuck, i took cough medicine last night and it was just horrable. I can't stand the stuff. I'm sick once again and i knew if i didn't take anything i wouldn't be able to sleep, so i took niquel (s/p?)..and i was going to throw up! That stuff is sooo gross...two gulps of that and i ran to the sink to throw up/but i held it down. I swore to myself
