dont like the taste of it, its yucky..lol..and i need more protein in me so i get it from drinking soy milk...and they put too much chemicals in milk these days...if i do drink milk it has to be organic.

You'd be surprised how unorganic 'organic' milk is. It comes from organic sources, but they still add chemicals in it just like they do regular milk. Probably more actually.

There's not many checmicals in normal milk either. And soy milk has virtually no calcium or Vitamin A, and it's more fattening than skim milk. It Doesn't have any Vitamin B12 either, something a vegetarian such as yourself needs, because B12 comes primarily from meat. You have to get the fortified (health slang for "checmicals") versions to get any of those nutrients. I thought soy milk was just for people who were lactose intolerant or really needed to lower their cholesterol?

Actually it does have vitamin B12, It also has vitamins A,B2, and D.
Has 7 grams of soy protein and is free of cholesterol and gluten... And it does have calcium...has 30% of recommended daily calcium.

You are correct, the FORTIFIED version has all of those things. The one with all those chemicals you're so scared of. Soy doesn't naturally contain any of those things.
