Anyway the list of the 25 most endangered primates just came out, so i thought I would share. I would say it is a BIT of a problem when the 4 most endangered (more than the gorilla!!) are all found in the same country.
this sucks. Honestly, I give the forests of madagascar 5 years, and all of the lemurs maybe 20. No more than that for sure. I saw it burning almost every day.
So you better go buy tickets to visit soon if you ever wanna see a wild lemur (who am i kidding, i doubt anyone normal does). Anyway this made me sad...especially when im writing a paper on the greater bamboo lemur, and i got to hang out with 6 of them almost everyday for the 4 months i was there. POINT: SAVE THE RAINFOREST.....FOR REALS
