I am Jack's cold sweat
So today was the notorious day of ending finals.
THANK GOD
But I passed my portfolio in and I thought it was really good. Hopefully LaVallee will give me a good grade.
The History final was surprisingly wicked easy. I was so glad and confident in my answers for once. It seemed like an easy test. Watch it come back as like a 60% now that I've jynxed myself.
But this weekend was pretty grand if I do say so myself. Saturday I ended up staying home from Colin's, unfortunately, and finished my portfolio. Then I woke up early Sunday morning to go skiing with him at Pat's Peak. It was a good time. Cold as all hell, but worth it. I hadnt been skiing in so long. But I've decided I really want to get some long skis. I'm sick of my short ones. Colin and I skiied from like 9 to 2 and then left for his house. Colin's an idiot and got pulled over. He broke his record and made a new one at 103. Absolutely ridiculous. I told him there was bound to be a cop around. As he started to slow down, a State Trooper came around the corner. Winner = Derek. He drove past us at first and we thought he didnt see how fast Colin was going. SEVEN MINUTES LATER the same cop comes back and pulls Colin over. Clocked him at 76mph. And of course, he got away with it. Lucky.
But I got home just in time to waste my time watching the Pats lose to the Colts. Although I will admit, it was an intense game. It was worthy watching as I worked on my portfolio.
But now finals are over and I feel so free. So light. And liked. Michelle came over and we just rested on my couch for like the whole time. I was so comfortable and happy. Even if we dont do anything at all, I'm just happy. It's weird feeling so strongly for someone. It hasnt happened in a long long time. Maybe even ever. But it was pretty cool. I'm still a bit embarrassed about some stuff, but I'll get over it. I had fun.
Well, I'm looking forward to my new classes tomorrow. I'm really excited for Pyschology. I cant wait.
