mazes upon your fingertips.
the scent of metal.
beautiful sounds are released from your nails.

pressing down.
quickly.
slower.
silence.
im staring.
again at the halo.
the ring.
the light through your windows.
your soul revealed to me.
my heart hidden. afraid.

but long to know yours.
sand. waves. sunlight.
permanently sewn into your hair.
