ACC Weekend
So, Nova spent the night with me Friday. We got up Saturday and spent a few hours at ACC. The convention was pretty dead, but the people were pretty fun to interact with. Not worth $20 (+$7 parking!) a person, I assure you. Most people had fun interacting with Nova and I as we paraded around in suit doing fursuit things. We almost took over some Medical luncheon, but decided that I didn't want to be Cindy for the day, nor did Nova want to be Corrine. For the most part, I didn't notice any cliquish folks, except for one small group. Happens in every crowd. Saw a lot of friends, made a few new ones. Found furries that I didn't know were out there... CRAZY stuff!
Later, I grilled steak and lobster for my mate. I think she's now got an addiction to lobster. :D Had a nice long cuddly nap before I had to take her back to Atma's apartment.
Overall, it made for an awesome weekend.
