I just spent the past 4 days at my roomates farm with goats. 4 Mama's had babies while her parents were out of town. Together, we were there and sucessfully birthed 10 healthy baby goats. I cannot even describe the cuteness and sweetness of these precious things. I have become a Mama myself, hearing any squeak and thinking it may be one of my babies. Getting up at 6AM everymorning may sound like a chore, but it was wonderful, the world so freah and new and the little goaties waiting to be fed. I am in love with these 10 kids. I am in love with the farmers life I led for 4 days. My Dad says I'm going to have to marry a farmer. I think I'll just have some goats and chickens in my hut in Africa. I am so happy. As I watched two of the kids snuggle up in the sun yesterday I realized that I have witnessed life and God's amazing glory in a whole new way. I am falling in love all over again.
