My results were never lost, but one thing did occur to me... do you still have your name on that mailbox? They claim to be quite strict about that.

...That's a very good point. I didn't take my name off my mail box when I left, but potentially one of the caretakers might have. And if my change-of-address application got lost...

*facepalm* Oh dear. Well, that at least might provide me with an explanation for what happened to it!
