[ ... Klavier wakes up slowly. He's tired. He's only just gotten some sleep. But he is a morning person, you see, so he made himself some lovely coffee, and decided he'd go outside to practice... by the Library steps, his favorite place to play his beautiful electric guitar, Libbie

At least you have cat ears - I have racoon ears! And your hair is the last thing anyone is worried about.

[ sdghdfhgk his hair is IMPORTANT! ] Hey! I'll have you know it takes me hours to get my hair to look this perfect, and then it's ruined! Ach, my entire week... ruined! Worse still, my pants! A perfectly decent pair of pants ruined with a silly thing like this! Fräulein, you need to DO something about this... this... perpetrator and arrest him for disturbing the public peace of my head!

What's more unsettling is why we have these things in the first place! Not why your dumb hair is ruined and why you lost a good pair of pants!

Well, I don't know--you look kind of cute, Fräulein. It suits you, really.
[ That chuckling aside, he considers it. ] I don't think the idea of this being some 'curse' is too viable. I still think there's someone going around spreading superstition with this... it's really not hard to fool such a simple people into believing whatever you want, ja? There must be a cause behind it. I can't help but wonder if this is connected to those disappearances, either...
No one seems to have heard a word when Herr Wright and Frills disappeared. I've been talking to people about it--not a single soul has seen them.

It is a scientific possibility that it is connected to people disappearing, but I maybe it just has something to do with this world itself? [Have a sigh here] I really do wonder where they are. And only just after I saw Mr. Edgeworth again.

[ He's trying not to be sad, but you can hear it in his tone of voice--this really bothered him, and hurt him. ] I was about ready to do a full search for Herr Frills myself, at first--he told me he'd had no memory of the gap in time he was gone, and had apparently just... 'woke up,' in a sense.
It makes me wonder what's really going on here--are these people really leaving? Are they still here, but somewhere else? It's frustrating... our Docktor also disappeared for a bit, too. Did you notice?
It's highly suspicious. I have a feeling if we need a suspect, Herr Alphy is where we ought to start. Remember the little festival, how angry he was during it? It's odd a boy just up and dies from poisoning not long after... spite, perhaps? And a docktor like him might have easy access to some sort of poison, ja?

I doubt they would leave without telling us. Unless they found a way out and were caught before they could...[Ema can't help but shudder at the thought.] I did. It wasn't hard to miss his odd broadcasts, that and he does seem to have quite the temper. I'm guessing he has the facilities. Poison isn't exactly hard to make if you have the means to it.
You think he has something to do with it?

I can't think of a likelier suspect. Can you? Plus, why would he just suddenly disappear like that? Without a word? A medical man so obsessive over us 'foreigners'...? It just seems a bit too suspicious to me--just experience talking... you know?
[ He considers. ] I wish we had more evidence in all of this. That one isolated incident, some of the other things that have happened... we really have no one to pin it to. But I think each incident we've had has also been a different perp--the markings are too different for it to be one person or a group, ja?
There's no pattern to this. And if we really DID lose Frills and Herr Wright, we've lost some pretty useful minds in this investigation. Not to mention Fräulein Whip wouldn't go without a fight--we'd definitely hear from her...
