Unfortunately I did not get obsessed with this show until about halfway through the season so I didn't save the early episodes. I'm still wrapping my mind around the Ruby/Archie ship, but I think he is so lovely that I am happy to see him shipped with anybody at this point! I say forget the research and just get writing.

I actually have an Archie/Belle plot bunny in my head but I almost fear the wrath of the Rum/Belle shippers (of which I am one, but hey, I don't discriminate!). I may get to writing in the long days of hiatus coming up.

And you should write your Archie/Belle one too. More Archie fic is a good thing. I like Rum/Belle too but I also like variety.

Actually we COULD have had TWO Ruby/Archie moments but it was cut from Skin Deep. He was AT the bar with David, watching the girls (as seen in promo shots) and in the next episode (also cut, only seen in promo shots) he's standing across from the diner, looking over at Ruby. (or thats what can be put together from the shots

Thanks for posting these. All I can say is they better have deleted scenes on the season one DVD/BlueRay.

They will have deleted scenes according to Raphael but who knows if they were really giving us Ruby/Archie. Won't know until we see it lol

Oh! And in "True North" (or whenever that fire happened) when Ruby gushes Emma's a hero, Archie just smiles and watches her though Emma and Mary are talking. It was the first time they were even close in a scene ;)
