My trip so far.
Right now, I should be just about rolling into pennsic. however, last night near Scranton PA i almost lost a wheel on my car. I'm waiting in a hotel lobby to hear backfrom the mechanic that it is all fixed. Hopefully soon. new drum, wheel, bolts and lug nuts (about 400)..... but I had the most amazing expereince last night. After waiting 2.5 hours for AAA, they finally came. I was so frazzled I didn't realize how far he took me to drop my car off. Because I only have AAA regular it ws going to be $60... this really stressed me out because I knew that i was going to be on a shoestring budget at best, worrynig about the car, etc. A woman who was entering the hotel came up to me, and said what's the problem and i told her, she gave me $45 towards the tow. I was amazed. i asked her for her addresss so i coudl send it back when i made money. She would only give me her e-mail and said a thank you note was sufficient. We walked into the hotel, hoping it wasn't too pricey well, she was already there and had paid for our hotel room too. I asked her if she would at least let me make her something and she agreed. Wow. Amazing. So wish me good thoughts. I need a good pennsic more now than before. But i know god was with us yesterday both in getting us off the road BEFORE we lost the wheel (Everybody who has looked at the car is AMAZED that it stayed on) and giving us an angel to help us out.
