The Road is really good.
Really, really good.
And the more I think about it, the more I disagree with how the Coen brothers ended No Country for Old Men. Compared to the book, the ending was rushed. It was robbed from a lot of the weight that made the book amazing. To a certain degree, I understand why they did what they did. The movie is slow, and making it any longer probably would not have contributed to the overall pacing of the movie. Still...hmmph. Here's to hoping for a director's cut.
