to keep in line with my recent anticipation for the the golden compass, I went to their site and took a daemon test. Now, for those of you who don't know what that is, a daemon is the physical manifestation of your soul in the form of an animal of the opposite sex. It IS you, and depending on what kind of animal it is, your daemon is a visual representation of your inner nature. In childhood, a person's daemon can take the form of any animal you wish, depending on your mood or situation, because a child's nature is generally flexible and not yet determined. However, the daemon settles down to one fixed form shortly after puberty.
Anyhow, like I said, I went to their website and took their test to see what my "daemon" would be. I'm a chimp, apparently, but here's the cool part. Other people can chime in and change things depending on what they think of me. It's supposed to give you a more accurate representation of what your daemon is supposed to be. So, since i'm so deathly curious, I beseech you, take the poll and see if my daemon changes. :) I'll do the same for anyone else if they want to take the test as well.
