This has been the best day ever.
I woke up at 6:40, didn't have to take a shower, and still got out of the house on time and not looking half bad, if I do say so myself.
In Photo, for the first time in MONTHS, I enlarged a photo without needing a filter. It may sound trivial, but it meant that I'm actually starting to take good pictures. Finally!
Kelly, Jade, and I went to Quizno's for lunch. What an adventure. But what a blast. I forgot how much I miss eating lunch with Kelly. And Jade only mentioned marine biology a couple times. Score! note to julia-jade is less self-centered around kelly. explain that one...

After taking Steph to a piano lesson and stopping at Dahl's, I came home and saw my front door open. Odd, I thought to myself. Just as I put the Escort into reverse, my mom burst out outside waving a large envelope in her hand. I immediately recognized it as the package containing my destiny. Was six days of Christmas vacation worth giving up? It all came down to this moment. I tore open envelope and was greeted with that word that I had so longed to read: "CONGRATULATIONS!" I had done it! No more waiting, no more worrying. I could return to my life again. My future was secure. I'm a Bluejay now.
