She figured out how to use a phone. I have an invite to come hang out in East Mesa tonight, and hang around for a bit. It's probably a "safe" for her, she'll be around folks she knows.
To do it, I've gotta go to East Bumfuck, and from there, muck with my finances somewhat to pull this off.
