Running off of 30 minutes of sleep for 2 days...priceless!
My first Baylor Homecoming has been a blast! However, i am exhausted. I was up at the bright and shining hour of 3:30 this morning to walk in the Homecoming parade with FCC. The parade didnt start until 7:30 so after walking a good mile or so in the cold darkness of creepy downtown waco, we proceeded to huddle up like homeless people to keep warm on the inner city streets until the parade actually got started. I was annoyed at the time but its times like those that become the more priceless later on. I mean come on, can you really picture me up and awake at 3:30 in the morning bundled up,shivering and laying down on the side of the street? yeah...didnt think so.
After the parade was the game...we lost. it sucked. enough said.
and to top it all off, i just returned from 2 halloween/costume parties the frats were throwing this semester. I dont know if it was because i could barely keep my eyes open i was so tired or the fact that my shoes felt like knives going into my feet but something about strange drunk men grinding up on me in a sweaty and smoggy disco light covered room just didnt sound appealing. Needless to say i didnt stay there very long...
so now i'm here. in my dorm and utterly exhausted. sleep sounds good. pictures later.
