my productive weekend
wow, it was VERY nice having a car for the weekend. It was Friday morning, I got up at around 11 cause it was fianlly my day off of rehearsal. I wanted to go to home depot to retun some light bulbs. But then I was thinking, I kinda also want to to go target, and the UPS stor, and a bunch more places WAY out of the way. So, I called up Enterprise and they got me a really great deal for the day and I had the car all day Friday and in the morning today. It felt so nice not to have to rely on the bus, to be able to throw stuff in the trunk... wow, i took a car for granted in LA. I kinda need to have a car now in Chicago, it spoiled me.
But, at least I got so much shopping done, everything I wanted to, pluse Crate And Barrel, Costco (YAY COSTCO! lol), and BB&B. It was very nice. All I wanted was an economy, like a Kia Rio thing, a little put put to get around, and that's what I payed for, but cause it was a really busy weekend, they upgraded me 2 classes for free, I got a Mitsubishi Lancer, nice little car and had some pep to it. People in Chicago drive crazy, just like downtown LA, but it was still awesome. It's going to be very nice having Nessa's car out here next year! Yay! Costco runs galore! :-)
I'm so excited to have Nessa back on Tuesday morning, I miss her so much, words can't even begin to describe. I sit here alone just wanting here to be spending the weekend with me. But she's having a lot of fun in LA which I'm really happy about. She needed a break from her hectic schedule.
Classes start tomorrow... sweet jesus, have to pay for a book, ugh, Theatre School people don't know of these... "books." Archeaology sounds amazing, and my independant study photography is going to be so cool!
