We are in a drought and have very strict water restrictions like you can only water your lawn during certain times, on certain days, you cant fill a pool or spa without a permit, have to take short showers all sorts of stuff, or big fines. I remember when i was a kid playing for hours under the sprinkler just running and jumping through it, laying under it, sitting on it. How do kids these days stay cool?
