HOW FUCKING AWESOME IS THAT!!? Fuck i love major sporting events that arent the Olympics. I will stay up late every night till the World Cup is over, no matter what game is on just because i fucking love it!!! You know what i love about sporting events like this? A few months ago seeing a picture of a bogan wearing the Aussie flag as a cape was sickening. It meant all things that were bad in the country. Now it means the exact opposite, it is the symbol of union in our country.
I had the best long weekend this weekend. Me and the crew packed our bags, jumped on a plane and went to Melbourne for the weekend. It was sooooo good. We drank ourselves into oblivion, we went to Telstra Dome and watched the footy, we cleared a dancefloor, we danced like we were at home in our bedrooms and i met a hot boy and i secksed him! Yay for random weekend away secks with boy i'll never see again!!! Yay for him giving it to me like no one else!!! Also yay for making a new annual tradition, the "footy trip" as we are calling it. Coz not only did we go to the footy, but we acted like we were on a weekend away with the boys and what happens in Melbourne, stays in Melbourne!!!
OOOOOH on Friday night me and Ashlee, my new best friend from at work, we are going Speed Dating and i cannot believe how excited i am. I have wanted to do it for ages and until now, no one would do it with me. Ash is so awesomely great and desperately single she and i are going and we cannot wait. Neither can anyone else at work. I am not sure who is more excited actually, them or us. They are counting the days down and giving us questions and stuff. I cant wait.
Did i mention how fucking excited i am about the soccer!!! WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
