Okay, so now it turns out that the original Syaoran and Sakura are the ones who were sealed in that tube. O... kay. And, for some reason, they were wearing the Clow kingdom clothes.
...At one previous point in the manga, Yuuko casually mentioned that a Syaoran and Sakura existed in her world, too. That has just turned incredibly creepy.
"FOR THE SAKE OF THE TWO FUTURES
THAT THESE TWO HAVE ALWAYS IMAGINED
IT IS TIME FOR THESE TWO POWERS TO PLAY THEIR PART...!!"

Sakura-00: Oh, honey, our son's going to date a dimensional clone of me!
Syaoran-00: Hmm, well, since we're soulmates across dimensions, and he looks like a duplicate of me, makes sense.
Sakura-00: I know! Let's plan to help him out! I've always imagined my son having a ridiculously-important-to-the-fate-of-the-world Oedipus complex!
Syaoran-00: And so our son will live happily ever after with his mommy-duplicate! YOSH!
Baby "Syaoran": Ga-ga! *flails arms*
...I KNOW, I know, it's just that I'd be a lot... happier... with the happy ending hopefully-to-come if "Syaoran" wasn't doing this all for a dimensional-duplicate of his own mother. 8(
