((I am also taking the idea of office log from Cammi and Jess. o3o;;

Just a notice that Lugia is deprived of sleep because of yesterday's incident of talking interacting arguing with Ho-oh so it's a tiny bit easier to get on his nerves. 8Vb

Weavile had been worried about Lugia ever since the legendary's last journal entry. It only made sense that the two legendary birds of Johto would know each other. However, not even the counselor could have predicted their utter disgust for each other. Seeing them argue in Ho-Oh's entry reminded Weavile of two little children bickering.

Being the guidance counselor that he was, he decided to make a 'house call' so to speak. Not that he would admit it. If asked, he would respond that he was simply paying Lugia back for visiting him in his office before.

Knocking gently on the office door, he let himself in. "Hello, Lugia. How have you been?"

Lugia had his head down due to the lack of sleep that collected after a few days. With the rainbow freak arriving just a day before, not to mention he moved into a room two doors away from his.

He lifted his head up and adjusted his glasses back to in front of his eyes (they were sitting on top of his head) to see Weavile entering the room.

"Oh, greetings Weavile! Couldn't be any better!" Lugia answered, forcing a smile. Obviously he wasn't well, but he couldn't have a fellow faculty member to be worried.

Unfortunately for Lugia, worrying was part of Weavile's job. The same could be said for seeing through fake smiles. It was apparent from the way the legendary Pokemon had been practically sprawled upon his desk that he wasn't getting enough sleep either.

But Weavile wasn't about to say anything yet. "Is that so?" he took a seat. "What have you been up to lately?"

"Ah, I have been reading quite a few novels lately!" Lugia answered, this time actually being cheerful. Reading books and spending time at the cafe nowadays was the custom, for he wanted to spend as much free time he had out of campus as possible to prevent from running into the blasted Rainbow Pokemon.

"I have read the entire collection of the school library, so I am taking quite a lot of trips to the city library and even to book stores. "After reading in the morning, I usually spend some time in a cafe around the city during the afternoons."

Of course, there were quite a few incidents where he would end up running in to Ho-oh of all people, but he had lost enough energy after the first incident to even go up against the other; nowadays, if they were to meet in the streets Lugia would be the one turning around and go around the block even before the other would notice him.

"... The entire school library?" Weavile asked. That hardly seemed possible. Of course he had only stopped by the library once or twice, but the building was much larger inside than outside. The counselor liked to read as well, but there was no way he could ever read all of the books. It just wasn't logically possible!

Then again, Lugia was a legendary Pokemon. Maybe he was able to speed read. Or perhaps he just had way too much free time on his hands.

Either way, Weavile was relieved to know that Lugia at least had some sort of outlet for his recent anger. "That does sound quite relaxing."

"Oh yes," he remembered, "how have your musical endeavors been coming along?"

"A-ah..." Lugia's smile faded from his face a little. He hadn't had the time and the mind to work on his hobby.

"I actually haven't had the time to practice, unfortunately..." Lugia replied with a wary laugh as he lightly scratched the back of his head.

"I am planning to practice a lot more during winter break, though! I have gotten the basics of the basics in playing a musical instrument, so all there is left to do is to practice!"

He tried to think positively, although he probably would have to get away from the campus in order to even attempt to practice on his ocarina. Oh, the inconvenience with someone you hate living two doors away!

"That's a shame," Weavile replied. "And here I was hoping for an impromptu concert of sorts." Shaking his head, he smiled. "But I would rather wait until you are at the top of your game. Then will it truly be a recital to remember."

That was when he was hit with a thought. "All this talk has sparked some inspiration within me. I think we should have a concert after winter break is over. That way, the students and teachers could show everyone their love and ability for music. What do you think?"

He paused, wondering who he would have to ask for that. "However, it is most unfortunate that we do not have a music teacher. Maybe someone with a flair for the arts could help, like Miss Flurrie or Miss Blacky."

"A recital! That does sound rather interesting!" Lugia agreed with a smile. Right then, though, he wasn't sure if he really wanted to do a recital. If he were perfectly fine he wouldn't have minded, but... With the blasted rainbow-farting Pokemon around now, he wasn't sure if it will end well.

"...But perhaps I will step down from it and observe the other performers. It is merely a hobby and I am perfectly fine playing it on my own free time, no need for any performance. Also, it may not end well, seeing how I tend to lose my calm whenever H...Ho-oh is around."

It took a lot of energy to suppress his anger from just saying his name, but it was needed to be said.

At least Lugia had admitted to stating the problem without any sort of assistance from Weavile. Of course this wasn't a session, just a friendly visit. However, the counselor couldn't help but worry.

"I see," Weavile nodded. Even though the Diving Pokemon's voice had been relatively level, Weavile could tell there was still a lot of anger behind it. "You two seemed to be at each other's throats, from what I could tell. I won't ask anything too personal without your consent, but I do agree that perhaps you should take some time off to cool down."

With a reassuring smile, he added, "But that is why I suggested for a recital after winter break. Nothing like a vacation away from it all in order to relax. Though I suppose if you'd rather watch others, I understand. After all, I feel the same way."

With his head cooled off, Lugia was starting to feel very embarrassed of being so irritated at his little issue. He was really glad of having another conversation with Weavile.

"Hm, yes, vacation does sound like a refreshing idea." Lugia replied with a laugh. He was probably blushing by then from how foolish he felt... Oi, the embarrassment.

"Thank you for stopping by Weavile. I believe I got to sort out my emotions and my mind a bit." He said, getting up to stretch a little.

At least Lugia seemed to be in better spirits now. Nodding, Weavile stood up. "It is no problem at all. I was simply repaying you for your visit to my office. Perhaps we shall do this again sometime?"

He walked over to the door, pausing with his hand on the doorknob. "Oh, one last thing..." Glancing over his shoulder, a tiny smirk grew upon his lips, "Try to get some rest." And then he left.

Lugia bid farewell to the other as the door closed and smiled, now that he was in a lot better mood. Perhaps he should take a bit of a nap until the next visitor will show up...
