It seems so... that's not even a hard trick. I thought it would work. Oh well I can try again later!

Ah, so it was just a trick? I was under the impression you were trying to perform real magic.

Oh well, it is real magic, it's just a really easy spell. There's usually nothing to it but for some reason it went all wrong. Though, the birds aren't real, I can't create life from nothing.

I guess it's good I decided not to do anything more involved first thing.

Ah, yes! A few days ago. I wanted to be able to help everyone, and I couldn't do much with it in. Now I think I could at least defend and protect those who need it.

Hopefully, hopefully now I can prevent at least some of the death, if I give it my all. My all before wasn't enough.

That is a noble cause. It's good to see people using their powers in an altruistic fashion, for a change.

That's a silly question... there is always someone doing that, isn't there?

Indeed. Though in this particular case, I was thinking of the latest occurrences. Malice, that's how everyone had been calling it.

That. I wish I had been able to do something about that. So many people suffered, as if this place wasn't hard enough. I want to make it so things like that won't happen again.

I'm sure you will. You sound determined enough and set on a purpose; those are the attributes needed in order to accomplish any goal.

I'm just doing what fate has in mind for me. If it didn't want me to help with all I can, it wouldn't have given me a new life here.

A new life? You mean to say you no longer lived in your original world?

Sad to so no. But, it was a worthy sacrifice, and those younger than me will continue on, and rebuild our country and world. I have faith in them.

My time had long been up by that point anyway.

[In some ways, they have much in common.]

The cost dosn't matter, for my presence if obviously meant to help, in some way. I don't mind if it's a hard task, I will do it to my fullest and await the day I can join my mother in heaven.
