Cairo again?

So, back in Cairo again. yes, this is the third time this trip; but that's ok with me. So what happened so far? Why don't I tell you...We flew from Cairo to Luxor where we got on a boat and cruised down The Nile for the last 4 days. We stopped at certain places and checked out other temples and sites (Valley of the Kings was amazing). I will write more about where we went and when we did them when I get back home, but for now, I can just sum up. We had a chance to swim in The Nile (the none polluted part of it) and it was really refreshing, especially when it is around 120 degrees outside. I rode a camel, his name was Rambo.

The ship dropped us off at Aswan, which is pretty far south from Cairo. We got on a night train and rode it all the way back up to Cairo; where I am right now. I have been taking a lot of pictures and when I get home I will have to put all of them into Photoshop to do some panoramic things with the photos; but I will try to get them up on the web as soon as I can. Tomorrow we will be going to see the Great Pyramids of Giza, and hopefully I will be able to go inside of them (they only let 300 people in a day). Then, everyone flys home while my family and i go on to Sharm Al-Sheik in Jordan. While in Jordan, I will get to have a moonlight dinner with the Bedowans (the people of the oasis, and no, not the band). Snorkel the Red Sea, and visit Petra.

So far this is one of the best trips I have been on. I really don't want to leave, but I know I have to. I probably will not get a chance to update or check email until i get home on the 6th.

So, until I am back in the States...
