I've nearly died at the hands of every homunculus I've met.
Gluttony threatened to eat me after half-strangling me, but Hayate bit his shoulder and made Gluttony drop me. And even then I nearly died, because I ran out of ammo, but the Colonel showed up and let us get away. I nearly got swallowed, later, but he got the front half of my rifle instead.
Lust nearly stabbed me to death after I ran out of ammo. Three full magazines, I shot at her. Any one shot would have killed a normal person. I couldn't bring myself to fight any more-- I'll not make that mistake again, not ever. Alphonse stopped her - stepped between her and me- and then the Colonel surprised her and burned her to her own death.
I don't know how I escaped the fight against Envy alive, except that he wanted me to watch the Colonel die first. He shattered my arm.
I'm not talking about all the threats I've had issued against my person.
Nor am I talking about the rest of that. This is completely unnecessary.
