And to be honest I'd be a lot more valuable as an investigator than a wizard. I mean, if you need a guy to try and bust apart a magical ward on something or track down a missing person with a spell I'm your guy.

But if you look in the case files for the Serial Box Murderer that was around last year at this time you'll see that I tracked him down twice before he was finally captured. Granted, I was just trying to find where he lived so that I could call in the Police Force but the fact remains that I did it. I've helped out the department several times on a volunteer basis as well.

Cliff Notes version is that I think I'd be more valuable trying to solve crimes than apprehend criminals. Or maybe I'm just as valuable at both.

We have a Soul Activity unit, functioning under Captain Kuchiki, which focuses more on spiritual attacks, with an emphasis on the deceased members of the City.

If you would prefer Intel, that's perfectly fine- I find it's best to place people both according to ability and where they would be the most comfortable. And I shouldn't have presumed. Besides, that division's a little shorthanded these days anyhow. I'm sure they'll appreciate the help.

Yeah, unless it's part of the team that removes the stick from the good Captain's ass I think I would prefer Intel.

I don't mind pulling double duty with the Special Assault division though if they need.

He's not really all that- I'll let George Blake know, in that case.

Noted- hopefully we won't be that shortstaffed, but I'll let them know you can be on call if there's a situation you feel you can help with.
