Since ghouls weren't involved with the outbreak, the mention going largely unnoticed and the Police Force already stretched to breaking, I decide to keep an eye on it rather than report immediately and add to the rapidly growing chaos.

As for the arrangements my brother spoke of, it was for a stay with an acquaintance of mine in the Underground. At the time, two non-humans were stricken - one right in my Building.

(OOC - Real reason wasn't reported, you weren't online at the time and neither was Seras or George. I was waiting for a Top PF Head post, but didn't happen within the Poison Plot timeframe and I didn't feel right having him bring it up to Riou.)
