We need to come up with a system for letting people into the force. The way we've had it worked while we were critically understaffed, but at this rate we're going to wind up with people in here because we slipped up and missed something crucial.
My question is, then, what do you think should be necessary to join the force?
I'll pose the same question to the police force at large after I get your opinions. Or perhaps we don't need anything- but it'd be nice to have the process at least slightly standardized.
