This is a matter for investigations, but since I personally knew Rock Light, I wanted to be the one to make this announcement.
As you've all already seen, a video of Rock's demise has begun circulating, with the culprit evidently being the Robot Master Crash Man. Rock was a friend of mine, and someone who'd assisted DATS on multiple occasions in the past. He was family to members of our organization, and in my case, the beginning of a legacy I've worked very hard to honor.
That said, there are a few issues. Technical analysis of the recording didn't yield any results, but a routine scan for magical interference by Commander Harlaown revealed something very odd - namely, that there was a mystical influence on the visual data that had been recorded. We can't tell if this was done to the recording after the fact, or whether it's due to what was recorded, but needless to say, it casts some degree of uncertainty on what is actually going on.
Nevertheless, it's important that we discover Crash Man's exact whereabouts. He's been under surveillance by Agent Mikuru since he and his cohorts attacked and freed their associate Metal Man, but it's imperative that we find out where he is right now and bring him in... for questioning at the very least.
Furthermore... he's certainly a suspect, but given the strange nature of the recording, we can't consider him the sole one. We need to investigate those villains with the magical ability for disguise, as well as those with the potential to influence technology.
Hopefully, we can get to the bottom of this.
