HAPPY BIRTHDAY wishes and art . . .
I would first like to say -

You already have my present *still blushing over her own stupidity*.
Anyway, I need to sleep, but as I was working on my third cup of coffee and the fifth page of my book review, I got kicked in the ass with inspiration. See, Sandy - the cheapskate - did not buy anything for her dear little cousin's b-day (in March). Instead, she was going to give something from the heart. Something cost efficient (read: cost $0.00). Something HOMEMADE. So, I was going to do a Big Art Project. Unfortunately, my first attempt was . . . well, it was bad ok. My second attempt wasn't all that fantastic either. And her birthday came and went. I wasn't down home for it so I wouldn't have been able to give her the present anyway, but NOW I have a truly fantastic idea and . . . it's halfway done. The little sketch I'm gonna show you guys is just part of it -- never mind the squiggly scratch out in the bottom left corner XD I had a rather X-rated piccie just below this one.

Complete?: Nah, part of plan for a much bigger picture - who knows I might even color it O.O
Status: Rough sketch (notice the eraser marks XD XD)
Critique: Legs too short but I love their shape; way too busty; arms too long but satisfied with the hands; LOVE the hair; HATE the cape; left foot cocked at strange angle
Overall: one of my better first tries.
EDIT: *jaw drops* I finished. I went to do a few more practice sketches and I ended up finishing the entire outline. I have to go over it and darken the lines then - if I decide to color it (I could ruin it which is why I'm kinda leary -- anyone wanna color it FOR me?) - I'll have to ink it >-< I haven't inked in a VERY long time. The pic:

Critique: I am officially in LOVE with Cyborg; Raven's eyes are too big but there's no way in HELL I'm gonna start erasing; still having issues with that left leg/foot; her cape is palatable this time; Robin's mask (cuz he's not actually in the picture XD) is slightly crooked); Starfire has no iris/pupils for a reason; Beast boy looks WAY human . . .; Did I mention I'm totally, irrevocably in LOVE with Cyborg? And he was the one I DREADED drawing XD XD
Overall: I'm actually impressed with myself for once o.o It came out WAY better than anticipated . . . which is why I don't wanna ruin it by coloring by hand . . . I dunno how to color on computer ;-;
