Happy Father's Day!!!!!

My daddy got a new lawnmower, but I wasn't awake to see him use it for the first time ^^;;;; Oops.

Anyway, last night I decided I would do a collage of baby pictures for Matt's and my birthday (cuz -- even though I want to, I can't forget my birthday when it's also my brother's). Unfortunately, I'm lazy so I got this idea that I would share a baby picture - one a week - until my actual birthday. Strangely enough, my b-day is on a Sunday >-< So, it'll work out perfectly if I start tonight.

In honor of Father's Day, I decided on a picture of me - 3 months old - with my daddy (whom I totally resemble). Look at that hair! He totally gave me the hair!!!!

More later! We're bringing my grandparents out to eat tonight, and I'm FINALLY wearing the sundress I bought TWO YEARS ago >.>;;;;

EDIT: Eh, didn't get to wear the sundress cuz when I took it out I realized why I have never worn it: It needs to be ironed XD

So, we went eat out with the 'rents and grand 'rents. I'm not one to take shit lying down which aggravates the "adults" in my life to no end. The second we were seated, Paw-Paw was complaining about times past in that restaurant. My dad was the one who wanted to go eat there, and I said point-blank that if Paw-Paw didn't like it there, he had no reason to come with us. My mom - who was sitting next to me - pinched me hella hard but I didn't back down, and Paw-Paw didn't breathe another complaint the whole time we were there. I understand that most would think that's rude, but - personally - I thought Paw-Paw was being rude. Perhaps I could have been more tactful, but I never said I had tact to begin with.

Things went well after that little bit of friction. Me and Paw-Paw have rather strong personalities which is why I've nearly been disowned so many times. We butt heads on many issues, but we agree on a lot also. I think he's finally coming to respect that I have different opinions than him. Anyway, service was superb and Paw-Paw couldn't have been happier with his steak which means there was no ugliness towards the staff. If he HAD been ugly to the staff, I would have been even more forceful and probably gotten pinched harder. The bruising would have been worth it.

And I finally, finally fulfilled my craving for a Bloody Mary! And DUDE! Half my glass was vegetables O.O They put two celery stalks, two pickled okra, three pickled green beans, and three large olives XD I ate the celery and okra while daddy took everything else (he loves the green beans). In other words, I did not drive.

When we got home, we talked a bit to my aunt and uncle next door who had visitors - Aunt (not really) Marianne, Uncle (not really) Mike, and Kristy (my cousin's wife) who were watching Kallee and Zachary swim in the pool. (Kallee had been swimming when I woke up at 3, she hadn't stopped XD). And after that, we went home to bathe and watch "Jersey Girl."

A few moments ago I was on the phone with Tressa who is . . . heartbroken. She's moving out of Mrs. Rita's house and must leave her dog whom she loves beyond anything. It's not that her mom doesn't want the dog at her house, it's that Mrs. Rita paid for the dog and Tressa would feel guilty if she took it.

*sigh*

Then just now my brother calls and says, "I have bad news but don't tell mom." Oi. Too bad mom was watching my face when I took the call -_-; So she was all like, "What's wrong! Is it you dad? Did he get in an accident!?" Eh, no. My brother - who I cannot fathom how much he can damage automobiles - hit an . . . animal (Mom: "Are you sure it wasn't a person?"), probably a dog, busted a headlight and - for some reason - can no longer open his door >.> He did this one the WAY to wherever he was going . . . why he didn't turn around when this happened, I have no idea. He's been talking about getting a new car though mom and dad have been trying to talk him out of it (he just got a TRUCK in addition to his car!) . . . I wouldn't put it past him to have done something like this on purpose.

I love my brother, but I also know he lies like nothing.

And . . . he just got home. I have to see this.
