Today was kinda crappy.. i hurt my foot more.. it seems to be getting worse than getting better... very frustrating.. I just want to scream or cry or hit something or DO SOMETHING! i dont know what i want. i just dont want to be so tense or mad anymore.. but its turning out to be who i am.. and i dont like that. I was not always like this.. why now?
