Another year is coming to an end...
... and I've been pondering over some things. One of those pondering moments was prompted by a politically correct Holiday greetings message I received in my mail box. It used to be easier when I was a kid, although maybe that has to do that my world was very small, with very close borders... we shared the same beliefs in my family.
I think I posted that same collection of greetings to a friend's journal last year, but I'm not following the same procedure this time. I'm a catholic, and my friends know that. Therefore, Merry Christmas to all my friends. If you happen to ignore this celebration, then just ignore my greetings. That will be easier for both of us.
On a related issue, this has been a very good year for me. Ditto for Karin. Thus, we have every reason to be thankful. This post is also a thank you note for all my friends who have shared these and other, less successful, moments.
