Quirks meme

a. List seven of your habits/quirks or seven facts about yourself.
b. Tag seven people to do the same.
c. Do not tag the person who tagged you or say you tag 'whoever wants to do it.'

1. When I was a kid, I showed some symptoms of OCD. Mild ones, but definitely there. I knew the exact location of everything in my room down to a millimeter. If someone came into my room and moved something even a little, I could tell. I also stared at an object sometimes and got this strange feeling that if I didn't move it, it would stay stuck forever, so I had to move it. Thankfully, it faded away when I got older, although I still get the last one sometimes.

2. I'm still very compulsive and obsessive, but it's only directed to fannish stuff now. I get hooked on new thinks quickly, especially TV shows and books, and I have to see/read everything about it as soon as possible. This also happens with actors, though I've only been obsessed with one guy at a time. Kinda like a serial monogamist.

3. I have a thing for hair. I like it long, really long. Mine is past my waist now; I have to cut it soon. I find it nearly impossible to be attracted to a guy with a buzz cut. David Anders somehow manages to be an exception. ;) I also can't recognize people if they radically change their hair. Even if their face is completely unchanged, I can't see the resemblance.

4. I find thin hands and wrists very sexy. Also feet and ankles. And necks, while I'm at it.

5. I have a lopsided smile. There's nothing physically wrong with my face, I just don't automatically lift the left side of my mouth when I smile. I have to remind myself to raise it when someone's taking photograps so I don't look weird.

6. I eat cereal twice a day. Once for breakfast and once at night. It drives my grandmother crazy.

7. I'm addicted to writing. Literally. I don't have a choice. I have to write at least 1,000 words every day or I get withdrawal. First, I feel this big yearning to write. Then my brain feels heavy and my eyes start drooping. It's kinda like a brain freeze. If prolonged, it gets so bad that I can't concentrate. I call it the brain rot, because that's what it feels like. A couple of days without writing and I start hyperventilating. I've gotten heart palpitations a couple of times. Thankfully, I've learned better than to allow myself to get that far.
