I am trying not to spoil myself on Wikipedia.

I must admit: I've read ahead on some things... and asked my brother several questions. /laugh/

I haven't hated a character this much in a long time

I will say that it's a credit to the actor. He makes Joffrey wants of the most vile people on television and I completely believe it.

I had a mild Grimm crossover moment because that's how large I like to imagine Monroe is in wolf form. :)

Heh. Jon!Nick and Ghost!Monroe. ;)

I'm also shipping Daenerys/Jorah now. Just a bit

Me too. It just seems so... right. Even if I do miss Drogo.

I'm probably going to cave this week. I always do by the second season if there's info to be found.

I will say that it's a credit to the actor

It is. The actor is doing a fantastic job.

*snort* That would be brilliant.

I miss Drogo, too. *sniff* It was so sad when he died. And how he died. That was too tragic.

Dang... now I want to write that...

And how he died. That was too tragic.

I'm happy to see Dany at least gain strength from it. She's really coming into her own as a Queen and as an individual.

Write it! Write it!

That is true and it's so wonderful.

I've been saying that the kid who plays Joffrey would have made an excellent Draco Malfoy, if they had made the movies now instead of the early 2000's. He exactly matches the physical description of him in the books, plus he can play "sniveling little shitstain" extremely well, obviously.

I feel bad for the actor, though, cause you just KNOW people on the streets probably yell at him and call him a fucking asshole.

I hadn't considered that, but you're right. He knows exactly how to play a despicable villain.

Me, too. Some people don't differentiate between the actor and the character they portray, which is very unfortunate.

I know, they did an awesome casting job with Joffrey. I hate him just as much as the books, and he's really one of the few characters on this show that are completely hateable. I have a handful of others (such as the Mountain, Littlefinger, and maybe Cersei), but he probably tops the list.

He definitely tops my list. Littlefinger is in there, too. This series really does explore the full range of likeability and hateability of characters.

I gotta give it to Littlefinger, though... he does at least one good thing later on (good for us, anyway). Doesn't make him less of a douche, but at the very least, it's slightly redeeming! haha
