i know i shouldn't have done it, but i called sarah's grandparents. she's doing great they say. and sarah said it was okay if i sent her mail as long as it wasn't depressing and negative. so i'll try to be uplifting and supportive. that's the biggest reason she dumped me in the first place. of course, i didn't really get depressed and negative until after the fact, but sometimes females are allowed to use forsightful evidence for means of terminating relationships. i guess...
and i met this toothless cowboy on the bus. he came from idaho to see his son in norfolk. he knew about vashon island and the puget sound and the dalles and the cherry farm and all that jazz. he was in the army for two years as a mechanic. now he works a sheep ranch or something.
sarah inspires me to talk to strangers. they are the most beautiful people you'll ever meet because you don't know them well enough to know how evil they really are.
coorperate execs play golf. sailors smoke cigaretes. it's all networking and you have to do it even if you don't like to do it. because. it's networking.
next on the agenda, i want to play music.
i need to start caring and i need to stop trying so hard all at once.

...think i should ditch the chuck taylors? i don't know. they are so practical. and yet, they are so... some people think they are out of style but thats not what bothers me. it's just the initial reason behind getting these shoes is so... yeah. fuck.
yeah. i love dido. she's sexy. although sometimes she tells me things that i don't want to hear. her first album is better, but the second album has some better lyrics. sometimes it slips into self-parody and electronica cliche but it's honest and true. i like that. i wish i was artisticly honest and true.
