friday update with sarah wolf
so this semester has commenced and i must say that i'm really enjoying my classes so far. i feel like i can see the light at the end of tunnel as cliche as that sounds. i get to start teaching this semester which is really exciting...i can't wait to do that. i get to dress up and look like a teacher and everything. exciting! i have all the same classes with danielle again and that's great cause we get along really well and we also work in groups really well together. her son is adorable. i know that was random but i can't get enough of gavin.
sooo i completely busted my ass yesterday. danielle and i were walking in front of rankin and we were just walking and talking junk about other middle grades majors when out of no where, i just fell. and it was a huge fall...like my arms went flailing and i fell on my butt on the grass and the water bottle i was carrying went flying 30 feet in the air and landed in the parking lot behind us. i just started laughing really hard cause i knew how ridiculous i looked, but the worst part was that everybody tried to act like they didn't just see that. danielle and i were laughing so hard our stomachs hurt. and all these people were walking by trying not to look at me and i just felt like saying...come on people, we all saw this. it was funny, it's ok to laugh. cause i know i would have laughed if i saw somebody else fall like that. and it was ok to laugh cause i was laughing so hard too. lol i'm such a klutz. i hope i don't do that in front of my students...cause....then that would suck. haha.
