yay! im done
as of yesterday, i am finished with my first year of Georgia Tech. I finished my 2-ten page research papers, didn't take make spanish final because i already had an A, lost concentration on my 160 question and 2 1/2 hour econ final, and took my last math class for the rest of my life. By the way, Morley is the worst math teacher and the second worst teacher i've ever had. (you can guess the first) Only two people out of the 200 or so in the class had an A and the class average was near 70. He even failed his own test! THat's redicilous. The few lectures i did go to, he lectured on nothing relevant to the class or played on his computer. Oh and i didn't care much for his 3 question tests and 4 question final. We'll see how i do.
Aight so lotsa lotsa stuff has happened since and I'll try to update on most of it
-went to a few braves games with maria and they were excellent even though we lost both of them. Last game versus New York, we were 30 or so rows just to the right of home plate and i almost got a foul ball!!! And i have Julio Franco a standing ovation because he is a 48 year-old beast. Speaking of the Braves, they aren't doing so hot this year. I'm kinda worried.
-Ohio State was amazing. Even though the meet was horribly run. I mean who gives out certificates at a "National Meet" We arent in third grade anymore. Who calls it a National meet when only 6 teams attend and you can do flip turns on butterfly and breaststroke and they have 25's instead of 200's. Argh i was upset but hey i did get the high point award certificate so that was exciting. Hopefully that piece of paper hasnt been torn up yet. My times improved like crazy this year.
50 free went from 23.23 to 22.23, 100 free went from 50.05 to 49.16, 200 free went from 1:52:18 to 1:49:10 and the 500 free went from 5:22 to 4:58! Yes I broke 5 minutes. So thats a lot of improvement from my first year of swimming (and training by myself i might add, in which i didnt miss one day this last semester, i'll take a moment to congratulate myself on that right now) Congratulations Steven. Thank you, Steven. Ok so anyways, I'll get Lim to talk to Stu and since Lim can get anything he wants, I'm sure he'll get something done. Hope so at least.-No more Paul-enough said
