SQUEEE! I GOT THE JOB!!!
*breathes*
I'm a little excited!
This is such a fantastic opportunity for me! I met with the guy morning and he was sooo nice which is good when your working as an EA because you want a nice boss, not a jerk like the guys I'm working for at the moment. So he told me all about the role and about himself, then asked how soon I could start and that was it! Then I had the job! They've "informally" offered it to me at the moment and then said that they would call this afternoon with the formal job offer! So tomorrow I go in to my stupid job and hand in my notice! The only bad thing about leaving my job now is that I've become really good friends with three of the girls that I work with and I'll be sad to leave them. But I see them outside of work now so that should continue anyway right?
Every Tuesday since I first moved out of the house my big bro and I go back to our parents house for "Family Night". It doesn't matter what else we have on or even if we've all seen each other everyday for the last week, Tuesday nights are Family Night. We also get a lot of drop ins for Family Night as well. Tonight is going to be huge. My mum's best friend from Sydney is coming down and is bringing her 16 yo daughter. The daughter has become really good friends with one of my little bro's friends over the internet but they have never met in real life. So the friend is coming as well. Because I got the new job, tonight we will be celebrating that, so I'm dragging WeekendBF out of police college for the night so that he can come too. Add to that my parents, big bro, little bro and his new girlfriend and we are going to have a very very fun, champagne-y night! I can't wait! I'm going to bring the camera as well so hopefully I'll have a bunch of pics to post up for everyone as well!
